Vegan Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

oat flour
made by processing whole oats in blender or food processor until flour consistency is reached

baking powder

baking soda

salt

dairy free milk

grated zucchini
patted or squeezed dry

mashed overripe bananas

tablespoons
maple syrup

natural nut butter

vanilla

chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a small bread pan with coconut oil (I use a 6x3 pan or line muffin tray).
Combine the first 5 dry ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until combined.
Add in the rest of the ingredients (aside from the chocolate chips) and stir until evenly combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before removing onto a wire rack. Enjoy!
