3tablespoons(hot) melted coconut oilyou want the coconut oil to be very hot even if it is already in a liquid state, microwave for at least 10-20 seconds

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine until completely smooth (adding more coconut oil for a thinner coating and more maple syrup for a sweeter coating).
Dip strawberries into melted chocolate sauce and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Once you have coated all of your strawberries, place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes to one hour or until chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
