1/4cupof pepitas or pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
1/4cupdried cranberriesor raisins
2tablespoonscoconut oil
1/4cupplus 2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/3cupplus 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
1/2teaspoonvanilla
1 1/2teaspoonsof pumpkin spice
1/4teaspooncinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until evenly combined.
Spread evenly on a large baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until golden, crisp, and pecans are toasted. Allow 10 minutes to cool on tray before removing. Enjoy! Store in freezer for optimum freshness.
