Healthy Edible Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup you may add more depending on desired sweetness
  • 3/4 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/3-1/2 cup of vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until well combined and the dough has reached a thick and creamy consistency.
  • Add desired amount of chocolate chips and mix in by hand. Serve and enjoy immediately. Store in fridge.
