You do not understand how much I needed this. Ugh, you are a LIFESAVER. I’ve tried to make the healthiest caramel for AGES and it’s so hard to do because I’ve always ended up using things like honey or coconut cream, which while is natural, wasn’t as low in sugar and calories as I liked.
