These were so yummy and easy to make! I have finally found the perfect use for overripe bananas when I don’t have the time or energy to go all out with something like banana bread. Thank you!

Enjoyed them. Made them with coconut flour instead. (1/4 cup vs 1 cup). Also used Lilly’s sugar free chocolate chips. Thanks!

Super easy to make, moist and tasty. I have a neighbor who is fighting cancer. & made a double batch of these. (Yes, I had that many overripe bananas.) 75% of them were made without chocolate chips to avoid any unnecessary sugar and the neighbor absolutely loved the cookies.
